June 3rd ReportDate: June 3, 2019
All south side bays and estuaries are full of fresh fun fish. From Schoolie size to 38 inches. The outgoing tides are the trick. Throwing pearl white sluggos on 1/2 to 3/4 oz jig heads. Live pogies have been catching the bigger fish during the evening tides.
Succonnesset shoal has been hot lately on the flood tides. Not a lot of big keepers but some will reach the dinner table. Not many Blue fish around. Some smaller blues around the Popponesset flats but nothing to brag about.
Black sea bass is the best game in town. Plenty of blue humpers to be found near structure. Hub cap sized Scup are being caught everywhere. Squid seemed to have moved out for the most part. Edgartown harbor is still getting some.
Hopping that we get a big slam of bigger fish this coming week!!
